Lots of little details make it a true home away from home - toys and a high chair for baby, supplies in the fridge, cosy rug over the back of a chair and nice linen on the beds. Wonderful eateries nearby on Hampden Road and in Sandy Bay. A hilly but good walk from Salamanca. We loved our stay! Thanks Sue."

  • "Fantastic property in great location, everything you need is within walking distance, and Battery Point/the city/Salamanca only a little further on foot. The cottage has everything you need and more (portacot/highchair/toys were thoughtfully provided on request). The fire and heated bathroom floor were lovely as it snowed a few times while we were there. Cannot fault this property at all, we'd definitely stay there again."

  • "Battery Point Cottage was an absolutely magical place to stay! A true gem of Tassie. We spent a week there and loved every moment in the Cottage. It was so well equipped and homely. Sometimes the best part of the day was coming home and curling up next to the warm fire with an in-house movie and our take-away seafood from 5 minutes down the road! Every morning we stepped out onto the front porch and gazed up to Mount Wellington to see what adventures could be had that day. LOVED it. Thank you! "
