Wow, this home is in a great position and on the Waterfront. A 2-3 minute drive to the M1 highway and the theme parks i.e. Movieworld/Dreamworld/Wet n Wild/Outback Spectacular.
A sparkling new swimming pool, huge undercover deck area overlooking the waterfront with lounge and outdoor table.
This home has a real Queensland feel about it, open the bi-fold doors and enjoy the indoor/outdoor entertaining. The deck is 15 metres long and has a built in bbq facility at one end.
There is Austar, new plama t.v's, dvds, games/books for light entertainment.
The kitchen is open plan with stone tops, quality stainless steel appliances, a double oven with gas cooktop, and a wine seperate wine fridge.
There is a large Master Suite with water views and an absolute dream ensutie with freestanding bath.
The pool and waterfront are fenced for the children and there is a nice grassed area for them to play safely.
There is side access for a small boat or trailer.
The home sleeps 12 people:-
2 x Queen bed suites;
2 x Double beds to lower and single bunk over;
1 x foldout bed to separate play area come 5th bedroom with ensemble mattress for comfort.
All tariffs are for up to 6 guests.
There is a minimum 5 night stay in high season.
2-3 minute drive to Dreamworld/Movieworld/Wet n Wild etc.
15 minute drive to Southport/ Main Beach / Seaworld
20 minute drive to Surfers Paradise
30 minute drive to Coolangatta Airport
45 minute drive to Brisbane Airport
We can book tours, car hire, airport transfers and theme park tickets from our office.
