The amazing views of this pristine South West beach are available from both top and bottom storeys; imagine waking up, opening your curtains and being greeted with a magnificent view over Eagle Bay.

"Serenity" was given its name because of the peace of its surroundings. Sitting on the balconies surrounded by the trees, you hear nothing but the rustle of leaves and the breaking of waves.

Recently renovated, "Serenity" offers quality accommodation for up to ten people, (4-6 adults plus children) with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. The house is appointed with all modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. These include modern furniture, quality bedding, airconditioning, wood heater, infant equipment, staircase barriers for children, an LCD TV and a table tennis table.

Accommodation in Eagle Bay is highly sought after, situated, as it is, amongst world class pristine bays and surfing beaches, surrounded by National Parks and in close proximity to award winning wineries and restaurants in the heart of this popular Margaret River region.

Eagle Bay is one of the most spectacular calm water bays in the South West, ideal for boating, fishing and snorkelling; there is even a sunken ship in the bay for SCUBA enthusaists.

Eagle Bay has it all and "Serenity", just a few minutes walk from Eagle Bay beach, provides the ideal escape.

Eagle Bay is one of the South Wests' most picturesque and pristine beaches.

Sheltered from the westerly winds by the scenic Cape Naturaliste, it affords visitors a beautiful, white sandy beach ideal for Boating and Fishing, Swimming and Snorkelling or just a day relaxing at the waters edge.

Sand and Sea
Eagle Bay is but one of the stunning beaches this area has to offer, Bunker Bay provides some local surfing and Shelly Beach offers great snorkelling. Meelup with its shady spots, and easy snorkelling is a favourite among families, equipped with a BBQ area and shower / toilet facilities.

For the avid fisherman, any of the beaches along this wonderful stretch of coastline offer some great rocks to perch on while you reel in your dinner.

The HMAS Swan wreck dive provides an exciting SCUBA diving or snorkelling experience for the adventurous among you. The coastal path running between Dunsborough and Cape Naturaliste lighthouse offers plenty of interesting Fauna and Flora and a fantastic jogging or walking track.

Food and Drink
Award winning wineries abound in this Margaret River region.From the world famous or those quiet little boutique wineries, you're sure to find a special drop to enjoy. Stop for some cheese or locally blended coffees for more gourmet treats.

Most wineries offer free tasting sessions until 5pm and local winery tours can relieve your responsibility for driving.

Wise Winery provides delicious menus, with stunning views, just a few minutes drive away while Dunsborough, only 10 minutes away, sports a myriad of choices, from gourmet restaurants to the humble take away, excellent bakeries and select coffee shops.

The Basics
In keeping with the quiet, relaxed atmosphere, there are no shops in Eagle Bay; Dunsborough, however, offers large supermarkets, Internet cafe's, watersports equipment and boat hire, bottle shops and a lively nightlife to cater for your every whim.

Upstairs
The upstairs, air-conditioned, living area is the perfect adults' retreat, comfortably furnished and affording magnificent views of Eagle Bay, it opens out onto a large balcony area with a table and chairs.

This upper level also hosts the master bedroom, ensuite and a single room - both bedrooms share the same wonderful view as the lounge.

Downstairs
Downstairs, a modern, well equipped kitchen leads into a comfortable dining room.

The downstairs living room is equipped with a large flatscreen LCD TV, DVD and stereo, a warming wood heater and a selection of games for the kids (or adults!) for a relaxing evening.

Leading off from the hallway is the second double room, bunk room and single bedroom opposite a second bathroom, toilet and the laundry area.

Outside
A large paved area equipped with BBQ, table and chairs provides a spacious area for outdoor dining. Decking extends around the front of the house with a table, chairs and a hammock offering another great spot to take in the wonderful view over Eagle Bay.
