Enter on the ground floor into a large, bright and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sliding timber doors onto a tiled deck with access to a north facing garden with BBQ.
A large bathroom with shower and separate bath, and a spacious bedroom (bedroom 2) with a Queen size bed and a King Single bed complete the downstairs layout.
Occupying the whole first floor, Bedroom 1 features a high vaulted ceiling and fully retractable shuttered windows to provide cross-ventilation which create a tree-house ambience. It is fully air conditioned (reverse cycle) with a ceiling fan.

The Bungalow's superb beachside location is perfect for kids. Take a few steps down the private garden path, cross the grass, down the bush track and there you are on beautiful secluded peaceful Orion Beach, Vincentia.
Please remember that you are on a property consisting of The Beach House too. You will still only be sharing the beach with the guests of the Beach House though. Beautiful!
Less than 1 km to shops, cafes and restaurants and close to all local attractions including Jervis Bay and Booderee National Parks.

The Bungalow is one of 2 separate houses on one beachfront property. The other house is The Beach House. Each is available for holiday rental individually or combined to accommodate groups of up to 15 people. Rented in combination with The Beach House, The Bungalow provides the perfect option for 2 families wanting a relaxing beach holiday together.
Both houses include linen and all amenities including local telephone and internet access, TV, VCR, CD player, dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms and BBQ's.
Plus shared use of the laundry with The Beach House. (Commercial washing machine & dryer)
