Description

The property is opposite beautiful Pearl Beach in tropical surroundings. There are water glimses through the trees and cabbage palms from the lounge and deck.

Cosy retreat for four and only a few minutes stroll to the restaurants and village shop.

The cottage has high ceilings and polished floorboards throughout. The open plan lounge/dining room is equiped with TV, DVD and CD player - there is a slow combustion stove for cold weather and 2 fans for hot weather. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower, small bath and toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer. The deck has outdoor furniture, shade umbrella and a 4 burner gas BBQ.

General

Please bring your own linen (2 sheets and pillow cases for each bed), towels and paper goods. Doonas and pillows are provided. Linen can be hired locally.

The home is for personal use only for up to 4 people.

No smoking is allowed. No pets are allowed.

Tenants should leave the house in the condition that they find it and replace any breakages.
