Being so central, this ground floor apartment offers all the city’s highlights within close proximity. Many city hospitals including the Freemasons, St Vincents, Mercy Hospital for Women and Peter MacCallum Institute are within walking distance, as is The Princess Theatre, Melbourne’s central shopping district, the MCG and the Melbourne and Olympic Park complex including Rod Laver Arena.

The Provincial offers muted hues in the furnishings with hints of open fields in the accessory colours. The bedroom has a wonderful queen sized bed fitted with quality linens and amble pillows giving you a comfortable place to rest your head. Having a fully equipped kitchen, you can choose whether to stroll to a local restaurant or put your chef skills into action. Your stay will be even further complimented with a well appointed bathroom (quality bath towels & hairdryer provided), European style laundry facilities, secure entry and parking, and too much more to mention.

Reminiscent of a classic building from the middle of France or Italy, The Provincial stands proud on Albert Street in East Melbourne directly opposite the picturesque Fitzroy Gardens.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement. We just add $40 per week for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of our pet guests leave us a little bit of extra cleaning!

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
