Talking Leaves is in a perfect location, as it combines seclusion and tranquility with the convenience of being 5km from the Margaret River township, beaches and some of the South West's finest wineries.
You are welcomed into the house through a temple portico, which leads to a contemporary, spacious and light filled living and kitchen area. 'With reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a glowing pot belly stove the house is warm in winter and cool in summer!
The 3 bedrooms comprise of 2 queen beds and 2 single beds with the main bedroom featuring a new en-suite with a large bath looking out over the wooded property. Such a wonderful house to sit and relax after a day exploring the magnificent Margaret River wine region.

I stayed at talking leaves with 5 other friends and it was amazing.
Just a 5 min drive to the town of margaret river but nestled in the midst of beautiful woods that allowed us to have quiet breakfasts out on the patio with the fresh air and the call of birds all around.
The house itself is fantastic! HUGE. And so well kept! We were amazed at the facilities available to us, (wifi, tv, stereo, full hi-tech kitchen with all the condiments and crockery that you might ever need)
We cooked up a storm in that lovely open kitchen and had a lovely night laughing and eating around the large round table with wines we bought from the region.
There was also the best little herb garden in the back with fresh rosemary and basil that perfumed the air.
And kangaroos! So many kangaroos! They even came right up to the back porch.
Overall, the house is clean and bright and perfectly located for a group to cook, relax, and just enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding them.
