Description
Woodstock Unit 1 is a three bedroom, two storey quality town house. In the upstairs area you will find one bedroom with queen sized bed and built ins, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining area and private balcony, DVD, and stereo. The downstairs area consists of another large bedroom area with a double bed and lounge, TV and video, a third bedroom with bunk beds and built ins, bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer. BBQ facilities are available in the attractive garden area, and there is off street parking for one vehicle per unit. The large ground floor bedroom/living area makes this unit ideal for two couples, or couples with older children.While we welcome families (maximum 6 people) we don't accept group bookings or pets. We provide doonas and pillows, and linen can be arranged at a cost of $10.00 per person, otherwise we ask guests to bring their own sheets and towels. All mattresses and pillows have protectors that are cleaned after each stay. All beds have electric blankets, and the upstairs area has a split system air conditioner. Additional heaters are provided for the downstairs area.
During school holiday periods a minimum booking of seven days applies.
Please note that weekly rates apply to the Jazz Festival weekend in June.
Location
Woodstock apartments are centrally located in the Fishpen area, the favourite tourist destination in Merimbula on the Saphire Coast. We are situated just a short walk to the main surf beach and Merimbula lake, and a stroll across the bridge to the shopping centre and fine dining.
Local Attractions
Merimbula's main attraction is the area's natural beauty and unspoilt environment. Lagoon, lakes and ocean are separated by white sand, and fringed by unspoilt bushland stretching up into the mountains. Experience Merimbula by air on a scenic joy flight, or enjoy whale watching between September and November. Other attractions include: Yellow Pinch Nature Park, Magic Mountain, mini golf, fishing charters, boat hire, cinema, and many fine restaurants. The long weekend in June is traditionally a Jazz Festival, enjoyed by many music lovers. Whatever your tastes, you'll find something to suit you in Merimbula.
