Description
North Curl Curl Beach is two beaches north of Manly and has sparkling rock-pools, fabulous swimming and fewer crowds. This five bedroom, two loungeroom, and three bathroom beach house on North Curl Curl headland is just a 1 minute stroll to the beach, with no busy roads to cross. Freshwater and Dee Why Beaches are a 2 min drive away and Manly offers great shopping and dining and the access of ferries and buses to the city.
Scenic cliff-top walks and rock swimming pools are nearby plus the beachside restaurants and cafes of Dee Why Beach are just over the hill, where there are also playgrounds and parks for kids, and picturesque picnic spots.

This family home with spectacular beach views and lovely ocean breezes is supplied with everything you could need for a summer holiday.
A large in-ground, solar-heated tropical oasis swimming-pool is set in a large level and north-facing sun-drenched paved and grassed backyard and is fully-fenced and secure for children. Barbeque and outdoor dining table with seating in the sun or shade for 10 people.
A long balcony runs the length of the house where you can sit and enjoy cocktails watching the sunset and you can watch the New Years Eve fireworks without leaving home. There are lovely beach views from the kitchen, diningroom which seats 10, both loungerooms and upstairs bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom; second bedroom with single bed and a third with single bed and pull-out trundle. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with a double-bed and the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The downstairs rumpus room has a 50" plasma TV with Playstation 2, a Wii and music corner with piano. The house has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and Wi-fi access - bring your own lap-top.
Full cooking facilities include electric oven, gas stove top with wok-burner, microwave, fridge with chilled water dispenser and ice-maker. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. 42" LCD TV with DVD player. There are flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and lots of DVD's, Singstar and games and books for the kids.
Lots of little convenient extras supplied like soaps, beach towels, boogie boards, clothes washing powder, herbs, spices, oils, vinegars, alfoil, cling wrap, Convenient and easy.
A convenience store, hairdresser, beautician, post office, takeaway, Thai, Indian, hamburger / fish and chip , vegetarian restaurant and bottle shop are all within walking distance.
Harbord Diggers Mounties Club is nearby via a beautiful beach promenade. The Club also offers a courtesy bus to and from the club. Warringah Mall is 5 mins away, offering a vast array of shops, Hoyts cinema complex and more.
Child friendly
Set amongst private homes along a child-friendly cul-de-sac this is a place for a beach holiday and BBQ's with family and friends. To respect the neighbours there is an expectation that there are no parties and no pets in this home and the property is STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
