Sunny Ozone 1 is located right in the city centre of The Entrance, NSW. Approx 150m from Lake, Beach and The Entrance CBD.
Leave your car, walk to the restaurants, shops, parks and beach.
This north facing holiday unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom that can accommodate up to 5 guests. An additional toilet is available on ground floor if required.
The main bedroom has a queen bed , the second bedroom consists of bunk bed set and a trundle bed. Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms allows for plenty of hanging space.
The unit is newly furnished with comfortable mattresses and quality cookery and cutlery.
The internal garage on the ground floor has an easy access to the foyer and just 1 flight of stairs to the unit, on level 1. Many spaces for visitor cars is also available at the back of the complex.
The lounge room has two recliners and a three seater sofa. A selection of DVDs and Videos is available for the relaxing evenings.
The large dinning table comfortably seats six.
The newly installed timber floor makes the unit even more clean.

- All bookings require a $200 bond, regardless of length of stay. Bond will be fully refunded after verification by our cleaner.
- Please note that Linen is not provided.
- We accept the booking from 3 nights for long weekend.

Lovely clean unit, all you need for a family holiday. A rare space that actually accommodates a family with 3 kids. I was genuinely and pleasently surprised how close to everything it was. We barely used the car and had a great time going to the beach, the water garden each day. The kids had a ball. The owners were helpful and polite and the administration of the rental was very easy.

Such a lovely place to stay. Owners very easy to deal with and very quick responses to email and query! My first time using stayz, so was a bit concerned how easy the process was, but should not have been! Unit is in a great location and very comfortable for myself, husband and 3 children. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much. We had such a great time, the apartment was fantastic. So clean and organized. Cannot believe that you also had a high chair. That was a life saver for me. We will surely be wanting to stay there again. Close to the shops and also a short walking distance to The Entrance.

Well, what can I say but WOW.
Like alot, we are a family of 5 (3 teenage boys) and NEED to get away ebery now and then from Sydney and The Entrance is the place to do this.
We looked hard and long for a place (we have been burnt BAD before) and we kept looking at Sunny Ozone (I was a little scepticle when we saw the ad, it was a good price, a great location and available over the long weekend) so I read some of the comments and they seemed happy.
Well, we got there and we were really blown away. The apartment is the size of a small house with 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower (they are seperate), FULLY self contained kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, dining and lounge room with the most comfotable single recliners I think ever made.
Large screen LCD TV with DVD player, a multitude of TV stations and enough DVD's of various tastes to cater for most moods (unfortunatley, it rained all weekend so we found ourselves inside a little more than we wanted but found ourselves all watching a funny DVD which lead to a room full of laughter and turned into quite a nice bonding time.
We walked to the shops (I need my real coffee each morning and Michel's was only a 5 minute walk. Coles is 2 streets away and we only drove when we were going to another area.
The premises were clean when we got there and just found the entire experience easy and was as comfy as being at home.
We totally recommend Sunny Ozone and are sure that Kipil & Willy will look after you as well as they have looked after us.
We will be back :)

We absolutely loved Sunny Ozone. It's big, clean and comfortable-especially the beds! It's close to the beach,as well as all shopping, restaurants etc. Communication was very quick and friendly and our bond got transferred back immediately. We were very happy with our stay and we definitely plan on coming back!

The place was very clean and very close to the shops and you have a collection of handy cooking equipments. Your thoughtfulness has made our stay a memorable one. The place was just what 3 girls needed. It was clean, kitchen was filled with great utensils and pots, close to shops and beach, but yet away from the busy streets...absolutely loved it, the recliners were our favourite
Just one thing missing - A PEELER !!! hehe
Love the bullet machine, made some awesome cocktails !

The first thought that went through my mind when i entered the unit was wow! Everything is provided: the unit was immaculately cleaned, there were great DVDs and there was even a PC cable to link my laptop to the TV! The unit itself had a wonderful, modern and spacious feel and it was the perfect size for our family; 2 large bedrooms with numerous beds. The location was absolutely fantastic too, minutes from the beach, the town centre and the place i visited most- Dominoes! All this for an excellent price. The owners were also very good to deal with, quick and clear replies. Highly recommend this place- what a great start to the new year it provided!
