Bellarine House can accommodate 10 people and is located in the quieter part of old Ocean Grove. A one minute walk and you'll discover the local children's playground, a two minute walk will get you to the entrance of Blue Waters Lake, a ten minute walk to The Terrace where you'll find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and specialty shops. The main beach is a twenty minute walk or you can head to the river in fifteen. Bellarine House allows you to leave the car behind.
Alternatively you can take a drive to a variety of places on the Bellarine Penninsula, the Surfcoast or the Great Ocean Road. Cafes, wineries and restaurants abound or you may prefer the Marine Discovery Centre, local golf courses or a wide variety of adventure activities.
Upstairs at Bellarine House consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, ample dining room and lounge with an outside deck for your enjoyment; downstairs has a laundry, bathroom and bedroom/loungeroom combined. There are two King size beds, one Queen, two singles and a double sofa bed. The Kings can be separated into King Singles if required.

I stayed here with 5 friends - lovely location. Lorraine was really friendly and helpful both during the enquiry stage and during our stay. The house was lovely and clean and we were able to arrange a late checkout.

We had 4 couples staying for 3 nights, and found the facilities were great. The 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms catered for the 8 adults comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone, especially around the large table that had seating for 8. It was a pleasant setting for our weekend away, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Our redcent stay at Bellarine House was nohting short of fabulous. Our party consisted of 6 adults so having areas that everyone could escape to was essential, as were the three well appointed bathrooms. The house itself is beautiful and has been well thought out and tastefully decorated with lovely views from the back deck. With everything you need only short walk away, supermarket, cafes, banks, chemist etc a car is not essential. All in all a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the warm atmosphere. The owners have done a great job in making the house feel homely. We'll be back again!

We stayed at the very comfortable and well appointed Bellarine House when we recently attended a Wedding in Ocean Grove. There were 7 adults staying and due to the 3 bathrooms there were no problems getting ready. The owners were very friendly and most helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

'Bellarine House' was a beautiful place to stay over the summer holidays. Really enjoyed the outside patio amongst the trees and the decor and furnishings in the house were very pleasant. We also found Lorraine and David warm and friendly.

We would highly recommend a stay at Bellarine House. We paricularly liked the big open planned kitchen, dining and living room space. The extra TV and couch downsatairs was enjoyed by those who at times needed their own space.

We had 8 family members stay for a week at Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed Bellarine House. It has everything a family could want for a very relaxing break in Ocean Grove. Low maintenance for the holiday-maker with all the mod-cons. Quiet location but close enough to everything including the beach (3 min drive). I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone - we have stayed in many holiday destinations and this is right up there for comfort, convenience and consideration from delightful owners.

Stayed at the Bellarine House for my husband's birthday with family and friends. Had a wonderful time! The house was lovely and well appointed. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals including owning some myself and I thought the house had everything that would be needed to get away for a getaway. The fireplace was a big plus after a cold footy game :) I would stay at the Bellarine House again if visiting the Ocean Grove/Geelong area.

We have just returned from a peaceful, relaxing weekend in the light-filled, very tastefully appointed Bellarine House.
David and Lorraine made us feel most welcome, and in the many years we have holidayed at Ocean Grove, this was one of the loveliest houses we have stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellarine House. We slept 9 adults over our daughter's wedding, and having 3 bathrooms was essential. This light and spacious home has good quality fittings throughout, and easily allowed us to store and prepare flowers, host extra family and friends, prepare cars, as well as have plenty of space for hair and makeup! The atmosphere of "home" was really evident in everything Lorraine provides - cleanliness, flowers as we arrived, good quantities of crockery and cutlery. Lorraine even made our beds.

We had a fantastic and very comfortable stay with our friends(consisting of 6 adults and 2 children. We all had ample personal space and bathrooms and fully utilised the large and fully kitted out kitchen/dining/living area/back deck balcony when our other 10 friends dropped over for dinner. Most appreciated in the house was the dishwasher and the wonderful wood fire for the cold nights (with the wood not only supplied but pre cut!) Thankyou to the warm and welcoming owners, The Watson's, for all the little touches too, like flowers at the entry and teddies on the kids beds.

We all loved every minute in this spacious and welcoming house. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 children and 2 babies all comfortably accommodated and Lorraine was lovely and helpful every step of the way.

My family of 10 stayed at the Bellarine House over the Easter break and had a great time. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, the living area and dinning room was very spacious, the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable and the 3 bathrooms made this house perfect for a large group. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate in recommending the Bellarine House.

This property has everything we required during our recent stay.with four large bedrooms and the most comfortable new beds you could want.Also the large living area was fantastic to come home of an evening too, an relax on first class lounges.I highly reccommend this property to anyone who requires that little bit extra in holiday accommodation.

Bellarine House accomodated us, our children and grand children very comfortably.
It was very spacious, well presented and catered for all our needs.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made life a lot easier.
I would recommend Bellarine House as a warm, ellegant and very comfortable holiday accomodation .

We were there for 12 days and had an absolutely fantastic time. The house was awesome! So much room and so many little touches, such as flannels as well as towels, lots of crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, outside, private deck, ducted airconditioning, 3 bathrooms and toilets, huge, comfortable beds, close to shops and amenities, 2 x TVs and DVD players, etc, etc. We've booked again for next year!!
