From its quiet cul-de-sac location, Copacabana Beach House enjoys stunning views of the beach and Macmasters headland. (Photo 2 above is the actual view.) A choice of 2 stepped pathways lead you on a 7-minute (400m)stroll down to the beach & shops.

Upstairs you'll find the open-plan, air-conditioned living & dining areas and large, fully-equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast bar - you can even continue enjoying the view as you cook! The rear decks, upstairs & down, overlook the back garden and are a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning sun. The BBQ is on the front balcony, so you can keep an eye on proceedings in the pool below as well as take in the breathtaking view of the ocean and spot passing whales.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a queen-size bed, private lounge area, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes. There are twin single beds in the second bedroom, and a single in the third. All have ample storage & ceiling fans. Family bathroom has a bath & shower.

Downstairs bedrooms comprise a double+single bunk in one, lowline single bunks in the other. Both have ceiling fans, storage and are close to the third bathroom.

For rainy day fun, or evening relaxation, there's a huge downstairs rumpus room with a bar area, which opens out to the pool and deck.

Thoughtfully presented for easy living, and with its pool and generous size, Copacabana Beach House makes an ideal retreat for two families to share.

"The property is absolutely amazing and I would definately stay there again. The location is perfect - only a couple minutes to the beach and the main-street shops. The house was spacious and clean, with a great outdoor entertaining area. Organising accomodation for a group of people can be so difficult, however the owners made everything easy for us. "

Do not judge a book by its cover - the views are fantastice from the top level...Plenty of space (verandahs everywhere!)and we loved the parents retreat! "The owners were really helpful in the booking process. Upon arrival we were greeted with a 'Thank You' card and bottle of red! It was a great start to a wonderful weekend. The kids were continuously entertained between the pool, pool table and beach. There was a separate sleeping area and play area for the kids so us parents could really relax and enjoy. The views were magnificent! We will definitely come again!"

"Copacabana Beach House is great! It catered perfectly for our group of adults and young kids. The house is clean and very neatly presented. Theres was plenty of space for everyone. The pool table and especially the pool were by far our favourite features of this house. All of this plus such pleasant owners and property manager. We will definately be back!"

"This property was great! So many bedrooms! So many balconies! So many bathrooms! It really accommodates a large group and the kids loved the swimming pool. The walk to the beach is very short. We wanted for nothing on our trip and the pool table kept the men entertained for hours! Would most definitely stay here again. OH and the VIEW was amazing!"

"Great house with plenty of space for both adults and children to have fun and relax! Had a great weekend and loved relaxing on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and seeing what's happening in the swimming pool at the same time. Enjoyed all that the property had to offer with swimming in the pool, kelly pool comps on the pool table, evening BBQ's on the verandah & soaking up the view before the weekend ran out too quickly.
