5 minutes walk to bike and walkways along waterfront. Picnic area and Childrens Playgrounds are close in either direction. 5 minutes drive to Sports Club, Golf, Bowls, Yacht and Rowing Club, well stocked IGA store and all other speciality shops. Courtsy Bus will pick you up at your door and bring you home from club. Out Door pets are welcome, back yard is fenced and there is a large kennel for your pets comfort.
