ALLAMBIE HOUSE
A newly renovated and refurnished house that is ideal for familes and friends with floating floor and tiled floors throughout The prices are for 6 people (contact us for smaller families).
The house has a large gated back decking area with a bbq that backs onto the Rail Trail making it ideal for walks and cycling into town with young children or your favorite pet.
RELAXING AND SLEEPING
The house has a seperate Lounge and Dining area that leads through to the kitchen.
The Lounge has a Large flat screen TV, Austar, a split heating and cooling system as well as a slow combustion wood fire for ambience.
The Dining area has seating for 6 people with a pleasant view out over the decking to the Rail Trail and hills behind where Kangaroo's can be seen grazing.
THREE BEDROOMS.
Main bedroom has a King sized bed and a flat screen TV with DVD/SD/USB facility.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has 2 single beds.

ALLAMBIE COTTAGES
All recently refurbished with full kitchen and laundry facilities the cottages can sleep a max 4 people . All are pet friendly and have exclusive enclosed courtyards with BBQ's. A pleasant 5 minute walk by road or via the Ovens river leads to village shops, gourmet cafes, restaurants, antique shops, great hiking trails, wineries and magnificent lookouts.
All our accommodation has linen and toiletries supplied.
PRICING
Allambie cottages 1 B/R low season $175/night (2 Guests)
Allambie cottages 2 B/R low season $225/night (4 Guests)
Allambie House 3 B/R low season $250/night (6 Guests)
One nights stays incur a surcharge and are available mid week (Sunday to Thursday) but not in School holidays .
Allambie House and Cottages have full sized kitchens with full facilities including microwave and dishwasher. A barbecue is outside for those that prefer to cook outside. Quality supplies of Madura Tea and Sacred Ground Fairtrade Organic Coffee are supplied to start your holiday off.
The laundries contain washing machine and seperate drier.
The bathrooms all have a full sized shower and allambie house has the addition of a spa bath. Towels & toiletries are supplied.
PETS
If you like to travel with your pets then Allambie House and cottages are ideally suited for you. All flooring is either polished floor boards, tiles or laminated flooring. There is an additional basic pet charge per stay to cover the extra cleaning for health regulations. Your pet is allowed inside whilst you are there but please remember anything left behind by your pet such as sticks, hair and droppings must be removed by you to prevent a further cleaning charge.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets whilst staying, including ensuring your pet/s are well secured at all times. Some fencing may be able to be 'hurdled' by your dog/s - please ensure they are safe and cared for at all times.
Allambie House is at the start of the town and backs onto the Rail Trail with the Ovens river walks just across the road.
AND
Allambie Cottages are located opposite the Art Gallery and close to the Ovens river for relaxing walks along its banks or enjoying the view watching paragliders launch from the Mystic take off.
There are many wineries that are a pleasant drive away or bicycle ride along the trail for the more energetic.
Mt buffalo, Mt Hotham, Mt Beauty, Harrietville and Wandilogong are just a few of the places that are easily accessible from Bright.
In winter the snow fields are a pleasant drive but please do not forget your chains or hire them in town.
