Inner City Manor is a brand new two level luxury large family house located just a few kilometers from Melbourne's city center. The house has 4 bedrooms, a study area and 3 bathrooms (one with a spa!). It's perfect for families with children and groups wanting to spend time together. Inner City Manor is nestled between High St and St Georges Rd and has all the amenities you need to make your stay convenient and fun.

Just up the road you have the Northcote shopping center with two large supermarkets and heaps of other shops. High street has numerous cafe's, bars and restaurants all walking distance from the house. The public transport is also a short walk. You can catch the train or tram into the city so there is no need for a car.

If you have a car no problems the property can fit up to 3 cars behind the automatic gates. What you see in the photos is what you get the place is only 1 year old.

Why book a backpackers or 3 hotel rooms to accommodate family and friends when for the same price you can have this house.Do not hesitate to book this property it will not disappoint.

If you are looking to use the house as a venue to hold a party or consume large amounts of alcohol and behave in a loud and rowdy manner this is not the house for you, please do not enquire.

Meticulously presented, this super sized house provides accommodation second to none, only moments from cosmopolitan High Street, Northcote.
The ground level consists of open plan living/dining area, adjoining a stunning kitchen with polished floor boards and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with BIR's and French doors opening onto decks overlooking the private grassed front yard. The main bathroom with spa bath, the study area and the laundry are also located on this level.
The second level houses 2 more spacious bedrooms with walk in robes, en suites and balconies to each. The second living area with cathedral ceilings separates the bedrooms.
There is no shortage of space, comfort and style. With ample parking for 4 cars, 2 via garage with remote controlled gate, spacious rear undercover entertaining area and deck, this house is a superb holiday choice.

The house has split system heating and cooling throughout. The kitchen has a 900mm top of the range oven and cook top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of baking trays and serving ware. The living room has a 50" plasma with DVD player and the second floor living has a 42" plasma with DVD player. There is also a 32" LCD TV in both the second level bedrooms.

Just a short stroll away is Northcote Shopping Centre, Batman Park, All Nations Park and all the amenities of Northcote Village.

With the choice of trams or train boasting easy access to the CBD, Richmond, Smith Street Collingwood, Brunswick Street, Fitzroy and Fitzroy North Village, life could not get much better or be more convenient. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, this holiday house is exactly what you are looking for.
