Commune with nature and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the ocean and birds as you gaze into the green tropical foliage of the Arakwal National Park, right at your backdoor. Take a short stroll along a secluded pathway to the pristine surf beach where you will often see dolphins and whales at play. The beach stretches north to the Lighthouse and south to Broken Head.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa Corallo seems far from the hustle and bustle, but is within walking distance or a short drive or bicycle ride to town should you wish to visit the boutique shops and cafes of Byron Bay or visit the nearby historic Bangalow village.
Indoor and Outdoor Lifestyle
INDOOR - The property features three metre high ceilings and is fitted throughout with ceiling fans, which add to the spacious feel, and maintain comfortable temperature all year round. For cooler nights there is a gas-fired wood heater to keep you cosy and warm. The main living area is open plan, featuring wall to wall bifold doors opening onto the pool area at one end, and wall to wall sliding doors with screens opening onto a covered courtyard which overlooks the National Park at the other, blending the outdoors effortlessly with the interior. The large gourmet kitchen is stainless steel and fitted with European appliances, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry, cappuccino machine and icemaker fridge. Dining table and place settings cater for a max of 8 guests.
In the lounge-room a contemporary modular lounge provides comfortable seating, where you can and enjoy a DVD, Austar TV or X-box on the big screen, lie back and read a book, or just dream a while. Broadband facilities will be available soon..
There are three separate bedrooms, accommodating a total of six guests. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with full size bath and round glass shower, opening onto a private courtyard garden and tropical foliage. It also features a large walk-in wardrobe and private w.c. There is a king size carved four-poster bed, fitted with the highest quality bedding, ensuring a blissful nights sleep, polished wooden floors softened by a beautiful floor rug. This room contains an additional flat screen TV.
The other two bedrooms look out over the pool courtyard and feature spacious built in robes. One room features a queen size bed, and the other, a pair of king-single beds which can be joined to make a king-size bed depending on your requirements, all are fitted with the highest quality bedding. These bedrooms share a second spacious bathroom, also containing a full size bath and round glass shower. A second private wc adjoins.
The property also offers a fully-equipped laundry with start-of-the-art front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and tub. The garage is fitted with automatic doors and can accommodate one vehicle, there's a relatively long driveway and off-street parking for any additional vehicles. Another feature is the back-to-base security alarm system and in-room safe, to provide storage and security for your valuables.
OUTDOOR - The salt water swimming pool is set in a tropical enclosed courtyard garden at the front of the property. You can choose to relax in either the front or rear covered courtyards, each equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy the different entertainment options depending on weather conditions or your mood. Outdoor dining and barbecue facilities are provided.
