This fantastic light, clean & comfortable 3 bedroom home is in a great location on the fringe of the city and North Adelaide.

Brompton Villa has absolutely everything you need for a great stay - a large decking with outdoor kitchen including BBQ and gas pizza oven in a beautiful private garden, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen.

Its within easy walking distance to both bus and train transport, 7 day Supermarket & several great pubs & cafes. Off-street parking at the house.

The Adelaide Aquatic Centre is within walking distance featuring parklands, a great playground, indoor & outdoor pools / adult spa / sauna /gym (just pay as you go.)

The beach is only a 15 minute drive away or for a round of golf, it’s just a few minutes drive to the beauitful North Adelaide Golf Club.

Brompton Villa is close to a beautiful bike pathway along the river which takes you to the City, the Zoo, Womadelaide, Festival Centre, Botanic Gardens or in the other direction all the way to the beach! Bike hire is available on the river where you get off the bus from Brompton Villa.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas oven & cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, kettle cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, glassware, baking dishes etc – all you could possibly need. Filtered Water is on tap.

LOUNGE - comfortable 2 & 3 seater leather lounge setting, coffee table, TV, DVD player and lamps.

LAUNDRY - washing machine, clothes dryer and soak tub. Washpowder etc. supplied.

OUTSIDE - there is a beautiful, lush, private and peaceful garden with a large decking, outdoor setting and funky outdoor kitchen featuring a large gas BBQ with roasting hood and a gas pizza oven! The perfect place to entertain.

HEATING & COOLING – Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning

Depending on what you're in town for, walk a few minutes and catch the train/bus OR ride your bike to Womadelaide, the Fringe Festival, Adelaide Festival of Arts, Clipsal 500, Tour Down Under or walk to Hindmarsh Stadium and the Entertainment Centre (tram to city available there too).

The Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Gardens are also on the bike path or in the opposite direction you can ride all the way to the beach. Walk to North Adelaide for great pubs, dining options & the cinema.
