A very nice property set in beautiful grounds with lovely views of the ocean. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surinam and will definitely be returning.

This property is a true gem - secluded, homely and well equipped with a wonderful deck overlooking beautiful bushland, vineyards and the sea in the distance.Ideally located for exploring Dunsborough and the Margaret River region. We were most impressed and will definitely return!

This house was so homely and comfy. The moment when we opened the front door and saw the breath-taking view over the bush to the ocean,Wow! The tame honey-eaters and fairy wrens who visited the balcony birdbaths were gorgeous. The highlight of our stay had to be the eagle who cruised right past the bedroom window! It was lovely that the bush garden was accessible for a stroll and we really loved our stay!

We can only warmly recommend this house to friends / families whishing to stay in Margaret River. We had a great time there for Christmas. The house is very well located, peaceful, with nice landscapes in the vineyards and close to pretty beaches. It is beautiful, with a nice garden, spacious wooden floor terrasse with seaview, 3 nice rooms. It was very clean and well furnished. Besides the owner is nice and helpful and will do everything to ensure you a pleasant stay. Book with no hesitation!

WOW!!! Absolutely AWESOME house and location! We had the most fantastic stay! I recommend the winter stay here also as the weather was amazing to watch across the spectacular bay! We watched whales at 3 different times!
Take your binoculars for a good close up!! Kangaroos jumping through and bunnies in the evening! What a magical treat! We will be back and with friends next time to share it! Lovely owners and a professional pleasant experience from beginning to end :) Thanks so much!!!

What a fantastic property - we had a wonderful time despite the weather be slightly unpredictable. Our boys enjoyed watching the birds in the bird bath, we enjoyed the fantastic views and in the evenings we warmed up in front of the fireplace...The only thing we regretted is not being able to stay longer!

Surinam is a great spot. The location of the house, made it feel like we were staying in the canopy. Although we could only see the trees and ocean, we were conviently located next to Dunsborough and Yallingup. We all particularly enjoyed some star gazing at night from the balcony. Thank you Brian for your hospitality, prompt email responses and directions. I would definetely come back and stay again.

This house is fantastic. Set amongst the trees, next to a vineyard and on stilts, the view and surroundings were brilliant. Very relaxing and spacious house. Close drive to everything and loads of room for cars, boats etc.
We will definitely stay here again, hopefully in the not so distant future.

We took friends from overseas with us to visit Surinam and had a fantastic time. The bird life was wonderful once we filled the bird bath, blue wrens on the balcony!!
The location,accommodation and most of all the wonderful view exceeded our expectations we spent most of our time on the balcony. The night sky will a full moon was stunning. everything was provided to enable us to cook - we hope to return soon with our Perth friends. thankyou so much, Tricia and Andrew

A truly comfortable home situated in the most perfect location. It���s a most memorable spot to bring visitors to experience the Australian bush & glorious beaches.
