Terrace Heights is a modern, three bedroom townhouse. Located conveniently, 40 paces to the shops, coffee and restaurants and a short 400 metre stroll to the beautiful Ocean Grove main beach.
Terrace Heights can accommodate 1-2 couples or families in comfort and style. There are three bedrooms, large master with king bed, balcony with outdoor setting, LCD TV, DVD player and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with trio bunk, (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) sleeping a total of 6 persons. All bedrooms are up stairs and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are serviced by a separate bathroom. There is split system reverse cycle air conditioning in each bedroom and the downstairs living area.
Living/Dining area is fully set up with LCD TV, DVD, stereo and good quality furnishings. There are two bathrooms & 3 toilets. A modern fully fitted kitchen is set up for a work free holiday break, with microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, toaster etc. A lovely outdoor area with BBQ, dining setting and shading umbrella. Under cover secure off street parking accommodates two vehicles.
This property is in a complex and is not suitable for large groups of people wanting to hold parties ie ,Schoolies. If these terms are breached you will be immediately evicted with loss of payment. Please do not waste our time by booking if this is your intent.Must be over 21 years of age to secure booking.
