Venice by the Beach is a Eco friendly home. We try and maintain this ethic throughout the home.

In the winter months there is central heating and extra blankets, so come and stay by the seaside for those winter months, the house is so cosy and its easily one of our favorite times of the year!

Bring your boat, caravan, Winnebago! Plenty of room in the carport and drive way. There is also a double lock up garage.

The house is jammed packed with hassle free amenities.
For your convenience you will find a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave and a kitchen full of everything you need to cook up a storm including a nicely stocked larder and tea and coffee facilities.

There is big screen TV and DVD player, Wireless Internet access and reverse cycle air conditioning.

A quaint book and magazine library and many DVD's

Have babies? No problems! We have 2 baby cots, infant highchairs, lovely baby linen and towels all super soft and organic cotton with lovely organic toiletries for our mini quests. We also have a baby swing outside, baby and young children toys and can arrange a pram for your stay.There is also children DVD's, colouring books and board games

Want to stay a while and limit your chores?
We can help with a laundry service, child minding service and as part of the friendly customer service team we are, the pool and gardens will be maintained weekly by our staff too!

The pool is a massive draw card to this house. Always sparkly clean and so inviting, you won't get the kids out of it in the summer months!

Or relax under the outdoor patio at night. With fairy lights and outdoor heater for the colder months you will find enjoying a lovely wine inside or out no matter what the weather so relaxing

Whilst we encourage a minimum 3 day stay we can offer a quote for 1 or 2 night stay only.
At Venice by the Beach you will be expected to pay a refundable bond and that along with your final payment will need to be made 2 weeks prior to stay.

Terms and conditions will be sent to you on booking of your stay as well as a welcome pack.

Entertain yourself or relax at Venice by the beach

Mum and Dad can lay in the master room and hear the waves break at night. That's how close the beach is.
The Master Bedroom as its own private en suite and only a room away is a formal sitting room with a library full of novels you will want to sink our teeth into!

Fill your lungs in the morning when you first step outside with the sweet freshness of the morning sea breeze.
The beach is the pinnacle for the property but there is so much more.

So all you want to do is relax, well this house has loads of space and comfort for lazing about listening to music, taking in a book or floating in the swimming pool.

Or fancy more adventure. Bike trails a stones throw away, maybe a spot of beach fishing interests you. Ride to Seal and Penguin Island. 6kms down the road is Palm Beach, which is the base for Dolphin swims and cruise tours.

If being indoors is where you would like to be to escape the summer sun or winter chills, make use of a fun game or two of table tennis or relax around the comforts of the house and challenge each other with the numerous card and board games.

The area is dotted with friendly pubs and wine bars. There is plenty to do with the kids. A 2 week holiday just wouldn't be enough!

RETAIL THERAPY
Rockingham has one of the state's biggest shopping centres with a movie theatre and hundreds of other shops to browse around, the local Warnbro Shopping hub has everything you need from supermarket, coffee shop hairdresser to pharmacy.
Rockingham Beach foreshore has some nifty little shops too!

AQUATIC SPORTS
Aquatic activities are a way of life here. The Warnbro Beach area is renowned for snorkeling, fishing, crabbing, wind surfing, kite surfing, water skiing. At nearby Shoalwater Beach you can walk across the sandbar to the protected bird sanctuaries of Penguin Island.

SWIMMING & SUNBATHING
Kids need a change from the beach or the house pool, less then 5 minutes from the house you will find Warnbro Aqua Jetty indoor swimming centre. With great slides and a fun kids area you could spend all day there too!


BOATING
If you don't have your own boat well just hire one to go fishing! See details in the house. There is an excellent double boat ramp on Safety Bay beach just east of the Safety Bay Yacht Club and another one just west of Palm Beach. Everyone boats in this area and have for decades.

OUTSTANDING SCENERY
Walk, jog, bike paths or drive and fall in love with the coast line. Sunset over the Indian Ocean is so spectacular and breathtaking.

INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless access at the house! No extra charge. Our guests are important to us so this is just one extra service we provide.

PICNICS
Rockingham's Churchill Park (off Old Rockingham Beach) is a large grassed reserve adjacent to the old Rockingham beachfront area and this is an ideal place for a picnic. It also hosts many festivals and markets throughout the year.

RESTAURANTS AND CAFES
There are numerous restaurants and cafes in and around Rockingham - particularly near the old Rockingham Beachfront area. Also try a host of eatery's from Port Kennedy to Warnbro. Oh and you must sample a Ale at The Last Drop in Warnbro!

GOLF
Rockingham boasts a public access golf course and nearby driving range.

THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT
The NARAGEBUP/LAKE RICHMOND ENVIRONMENTAL CENTRE is close by. Here you will find heaps of educational and fun activities for kids - both big and little. Run by a local community group with sponsored support this 1.7 hectare (4 acre) tourist attraction is a fascinating venture well worth your visit.


** OTHER PLACES TO SEE AND VISIT **


PENGUIN ISLAND is an 800 metre walk along a sand bar from Mersey Point and is an easy adventure at or near low tide. Penguin Island has some lovely walk trails and is home to a Shoalwater Marine Park Penguin Information Centre that is well worth a visit. Raised boardwalks make access to the Island and walking around the Island easy for all ages. See the Fairy Penguins that hide in the beachside caves and under the boardwalks.

Regular ferry rides leave from the Mersey Point pier (near Pengos cafe/restaurant) to Penguin Island and Seal Island. Penguin Island is open to the public except for the winter months when the Penguin breeding cycle is in full swing.

Watch the magnificent Pelicans as they soar and glide across the Bay. There is a protected Pelican rookery on Penguin Island that is home to hundreds of birds. These giant birds frequently create graceful shadows across the beach sands as they make daily flights between the Penguin Island rookery and Lake Richmond.

SEAL ISLAND is somewhere that you will always find sea lions lazing away their days on the Seal Island beach and dolphins can often be seen swimming in the Bay. It is not unusual to find yourself within 30 metres of dolphins. Watch for them as you walk to Penguin Island or row a dinghy on the Bay.

POINT PERON is on the northern tip of Shoalwater Bay and has some rugged limestone cliffs, a spectacular ocean outlook, a pretty beach and a network of easy walking trails through interesting natural bush.


GARDEN ISLAND is due north of Point Peron and is home to Australia's largest operational Royal Australian Navy Base - including a home for submarines. The southern section of Garden Island is not accessible to the general public but with boat access you can land on the northern section of this pretty island.

SAFETY BAY and WAIKIKI are neighbouring suburbs and both have long stretches of white sandy beach.

MANDURAH is a pretty tourist town just 25km south of Rockingham. This thriving beachside town is arguably the fastest growing town in Australia. Mandurah deserves a day visit. During summer this town hosts many festivals and each weekend the foreshore is home to markets and so many other activities you and the family will have a blast. Its old school fun with a new school feel!

FREMANTLE is less than 35 km north of Warnbro and offers all the attractions of a busy cosmopolitan port city. Fremantle is one of the major entertainment & restaurant districts close to Perth and caters for all ages. There are literally dozens and dozens of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Fremantle also has an exciting club and pub scene for the more adventurous. You can't go past the Fremantle Markets and the high street fashion. Spend a day here!

PERTH is 45km north of Warnbro. Buses and trains are readily available to take you on a hassle free trip to the city. Enjoy a day at the zoo or a cruise down the Swan River. What about going for a tree top walk in Kings Park? The possibilities are endless in our city.
