  • "We stayed at Convent Cottage for 2.5 weeks in May. Whilst not the traditional holiday period, we couldn't have had a better time - beach every day! The home is perfect for a large family and is ideally located within short walking distance from just about everything. We wouold love to go back there and wouold recommend it to anyone looking for a great seaside town with a laid back atmosphere."

  • "We had a terrific stay at Convent Cottage, in particular "Bear" and "Splash" (our dogs) as this was their first holiday where they were allowed to come with us and they loved it. The weather was fantastic and somedays up in the 30's i think. Our other 2 friends moved downstairs to sleep in the aircon but we perceivered with the fan, which was fine. FYI - everything was working fine in the house and mod cons and amenities were adequate. The house is simple, comfortable and nicely decorated to give you that homely feel. The deck area was awesome and we spent most of our time hanging out here having meals and playing cards. Centrally located and in a nice, quiet lane, lovely neighbours who kindly gave us some fresh herbs, mint and basil out of their garden, how nice is that."
