What does the apartment look like?
The apartment is 54m2 and has a large balcony with a bbq, table and chairs. The balcony looks down onto the food markets on the weekends. Great atmosphere and fantastic location!
It is a studio apartment with a separate bedroom, closed off with a wall with a rectangle opening and a glass sliding door. The bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of cupboard space.
The bathroom has a gorgeous red glass tiled feature wall with a large ceiling shower rose.
The kitchen has all the appliances you will require with plenty of crockery and utensils.
The apartment is an open plan living style with the lounge area next to the kitchen. There is a double sofa lounge and a large screen TV so you can watch all your favourite DVDs.
Where is this apartment located?
It is at the end of Sydney road located in the mall area. From the balcony you look down onto the weekend food markets. Walk through the markets and turn left and you are at the beach. It only takes 1 min or less to walk.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 3:30pm onwards and check-out time is 11:00am. An early check-in and/or late check-out time may be possible depending on availability. Please don't hesiate to ask.
Is this apartment noisy?
No! You get the best of both worlds. Right in the buzz in a very quiet apartment.
Is this unit suitable for aged people?
Yes of course! There is a lift to the third floor and a short walk to the unit. A shower stool or toilet seat raiser is also available if requested. The unit is a very short walk to the local shops, cafe's and beach.
