Don't take our word for how fabulous this house is - here are some comments from previous tenants:

When we walked through the front door and saw the view, we were absolutely speechless. This place and this house in particular is definitely on our list of places to come and stay again. Everything was absolutely perfect.

A magnificent location and very tastefully designed and decorated beach house. Plenty of room with warm atmosphere. Weather good for most of the time and the dolphins paid us a visit or two. Thank you for opening your house up for us to use. A lovely way to celebrate a 60th birthday week.

What a gem ! We have owned and rented several waterfront properties but this has to be the best yet. Congratulations on getting the decor to match the view. We shall return.

Culburra Beach is approximately 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney. Culburra Beach is about 15 minutes east of Nowra and a 30 minute drive to Jervis Bay. Guest Reviews
This is a beautiful house, with an absolutely spectacular view. The house was very well set up for a family with small children. We had a great week swimming, collecting shells and (in the case of the youngest member of the family) learning to walk.

We were very much in need of an escape without hassles and in comfortable, stunning surroundings - and Dolphin Watch Beach House delivered beautifully. From the moment we arrived we were mesmeriszed by the view and quickly felt at home in a house that had absolutely everything we needed. Congratulations to the owners who have obviously fine tuned this property to cater for every family need.

Spacious, well equipped and child friendly house with spectacular views. Beach was surprisingly uncrowded even in peak period. A short stroll past the surf club and the beach was all your own! Nearby lake great for the kids to swim in.

The house is tastefully decorated in a beautiful beach theme with more than enough space. It has every modern convenience needed. The views are even more spectacular than anticipated. The sound of the waves on the rocks below is guaranteed to give a good nights sleep. There is a great selection of reading and viewing material, although we were too busy walking on the beach, fishing or watching the view to worry. The local shops provide everythng from a newspaper to a gourmet pizza. A very relaxing weekend.

A very private house, with a very private path to a private beach. We did share "our" beach with a few keen surfers, the odd angler and the occasional local. When we weren't at the beach, the house provided a warm and comfortable vantage point to watch the sea and a great starting point to explore. Seven Mile beach and the local towns kept us entertained for days and the we always had the Dolphin House to return to and those beach views or walks.

Our family had one of the best holidays we have ever had. If you want complete solitude - this is the place. The views are breath taking. The house is extremely comfortable and well equiped. The access to the beach is incredible. Just a walk from the house down a path. You will not be dissapointed.

The house was well presented, comfortable and so spectacularly located it was tempting to do nothing but gaze at the views for the whole stay.
