Description
OceanTi is fully fenced with private grounds featuring natural gardens, with the sand dunes, coastal walks and surf of the Rye Ocean beach only a 900 metre walk away. The large outdoor deck is the perfect place to relax on the lounges overlooking the garden, or enjoy a meal or glass of local wine. Read a good book from our library, or relax with a movie in front of the wood fireplace. At night enjoy the sound of the waves.
Welcome to OceanTi
OceanTi is located in a quiet coastal beach area close to local shops, including a surf shop, fish and chips, pizza, bottle shop and milk bar. Some of the best golf courses are located only minutes away as well as the Peninsula Hot Springs, and many other attractions. Explore and enjoy many of the nearby Mornington Peninsula wineries.
To make your stay all the more enjoyable, on arrival, all guests are provided with some welcome goodies as well as a pantry full of cooking basics including tea, coffee, sugar, spices and oils. High quality bed linen and bath towels are also provided for use during your stay.
About OceanTi
OceanTi is extremely spacious consisting of 2 separate spacious living areas, the first with an LED TV, DVD, and fireplace. The second living area complete with TV and games, opens out onto the large outdoor deck. There is also an open dining room and fully equipped kitchen with large oven, cook top, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has king size bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, LCD TV, and opens onto a private deck overlooking the garden. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds, the 4th bedroom contains a king single bed with a base and trundle enabling it to be used as a full king size bed or two king single beds.
The main bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, separate toilet as well as a fully equipped laundry with a washer / dryer, and iron.
Other facilities include ducted heating, evaporative cooling, air conditioning, huge outdoor deck with outdoor table and chairs, lounges, and sun lounges, as well as a BBQ.
The house is surrounded by natural, ti tree gardens with plenty of space for the kids to run around, and discover little treasures hiding amongst the trees! There is also a clothes line and double carport to provide undercover parking.
OceanTi offers accommodation to suit two families/friends and sleeps a maximum of 8. Please note this is an ideal place for a couples or family getaway and as such bookings for 25 years plus (and children) only accepted. Please no group enquiries for schoolies.
