Popeye's Patch is a fantastic holiday home, only 10 mins to Dunsborough and the beaches, but nestled ON 5 ACRES in a lovely quiet location. It is ideal for extended family groups. Close to all the major attractions, beaches wineries and several art galleries nearby.
Set on 5 acres the property is fully fenced, with lockable gates if you need. The bird life is amazing....so much variety.....blue wrens, 28's, the wonderful black cockatoos, and rosellas. Kangaroos graze in the paddocks.
The property is just off Quedjinup drive and a short drive to Dunsborough, Smiths Beach, Yallingup Beach and most of the top wineries are only 15 mins away. There are some great walking trails nearby.
ACCOMMODATION
Sleeping and bathroom accomodation:
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
The open plan kitchen lounge dining has double glass sliding doors which open to the huge covered alfresco area at the front of the house where you can cook on your 4 burner gas BBQ.
There is a 46" digital LCD TV with DVD player, stereo system CD player. The 3m long dining table will seat every one very comfortably. The kitchen is brand new with 900 mm oven, and stainless steel appliances.
There's a separate kids activity play room, adjacent to the main lounge.
The kitchen lounge dining area has reverse cycle AIR CONDITIONING. Open wood fire in the main lounge keeps you amazingly warm on those cold winter nights.
CEILING FANS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS for summer . ELECTRIC BLANKETS ON ALL BEDS to keep you warm in winter.
The outdoor BBQ area is huge. Great for the family BBQ's on those hot summer nights. To keep you fit, there's some exercise equipment on the back verandah.

PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY OR 3 NIGHTS FOR LONG WEEKENDS
MINIMUM 4 NIGHT STAY AT EASTER.
MINIMUM 5-7 night stay Xmas / New Year depending on dates
Weekly rates are negotiable.

OUR RATES VARY FROM $200-$600 PER NIGHT DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR. Linen and setup ranges from $200 to $350 per stay depending on the number of guests.
We dont like having our house empty,so there is always a special price on offer for last minute bookings.
A deposit bond is required as confirmation of your booking. Payment of tariff in full must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is paid back by direct debit or by other arrangements with owners. Strictly no parties
Cancellations:
Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $100 cancellation fee). However if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from your deposit. Notification of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to your booking.
