Please be aware that it is highly unusual for an Australian property listing to request funds be sent to an international destination like a UK or USA bank account. We only accept payments into our Australian NAB (National Australia Bank) account or via credit card for your security. We never take credit card details via email. Please report any unusual requests or emails that come from outside the Stayz system to the Stayz Support Team.

Modern day elegance is instantly conveyed as you enter this exquisite residence designed by award winning architect Jarrod Poole. You won't have time to unpack your bags or even decide which of the five bedrooms you want to sleep in as you will be immediately drawn to the sensational waterside entertaining with heater enhanced pool and Bali-hut.
Ideally suited to two plus families, there are three bathrooms (2 with baths), formal & informal living areas, a central kitchen and a fantastic media room. Set amoungst exclusive properties in a gated estate, there is a large double lock-up garage, with room to park your jet skis and boat if you bring them.
The informal living area has stacking doors that bring the outside in. Morning is delightful as the sun streams across the canal & lights up the pool. Breakfast can be had at the kitchen bench or move under the Bali-hut. There is a huge solid timber dining table that comfortably seats 10-12 and a wrap around leather couch which can seat as many while watching the 50 inch wall mounted plasma TV. The formal lounge is a great spot for some quiet time and to look over the pool and canal. The media room is where you can crank it up and feel like you are in a Gold Class Cinema.
At night the subtle lighting gives a warm feeling both inside and out and the pool with its heat exchanger that takes the chill off is great unwinding after a hard and hectic day at the Gold Coast's premier attractions - the theme parks and the beach!!
