PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OF ANY KIND; THIS IS A CONDITION OF THE BOND. Excessive noise or numbers of people on the property exceeding the tenancy agreement may result in total loss of bond and/or immediate eviction. The small street-facing back verandah is not for use after 10:00pm as it has great negative impact on the resident neighbours.
Bookings beginning on a Sunday or finishing on a Saturday may incur an extra fee (as this means we are unable to lease for the weekend).
