Polished floors, double garage.
Facilities: "Plumbed" Gas BBQ, TV, video, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, auto washing machine, dryer, ceiling fan, outdoor furniture.
Tenants supply own bedroom bathroom and kitchen linen (all beds have doonas and doona covers, top and bottom sheets required)
Premises available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00am on day of departure.
Pets not allowed under any circumstances.
