The house sleeps 7 however there is also a daybed in the master bedroom.

The open plan living room is divided by a fireplace with a dining setting for 8 and a great gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need.

The house is set on a steep hill on an unmade road so you feel like you are miles from anywhere however the great shops and bistros of Mt Martha are a mere 5 minute drive away and there is an idyllic beach at the end of the street.

Explore and enjoy everything this spot has to offer, meander through the wineries, go fishing, swimming or surfing. Or simply sit back, take the weight off, open up a bottle of something nice, fire up the BBQ and just drink it all in! This is the place to do it.

There is a separate laundry with a huge washing machine and dryer and a kennel for dogs plus the local beach is leash free.
