One-Mile beach villas are 2 adjacent luxury villas in Forster, NSW. Villas can be rented individually for private relaxing holidays or together to accommodate larger groups (16 maximum)
Villas are new, contemporary, architect designed, 3 level, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach houses with excellent views over One Mile beach, Forster (4th bedroom is large rumpus room which can be closed off). Villas are 100m / 1 minute gentle stroll to the beach and Cape Hawke surf club. A leisurely 5 minute walk to secluded beaches in Booti Booti National Park and a 5 min drive to shopping centre, town centre, and Wallis lake foreshores. 15 min drive to Boomerang beach and Blueys beach.
Full open plan main living, dining, and family area with full width bifold doors opening onto balcony overlooking beach. Main upper level bedroom with large luxurious ensuite bathroom and bifold windows allowing bedroom to be opened to magnificent views over ocean and beach.
Two large bedrooms downstairs adjoining a large sofa/lounge/rumpus area and patio. Outdoor hot/cold showers.
Each house can sleep 8 adults. Additional adults considered by request ($35 per additional adult per night)

Ground level - 2 large bedrooms, 1 large rumpus (bed) room, and outdoor patio. Each bedroom with 1 queen and 1 single bed (each can sleep 2 adults & 1 child; or 3 adults). Spacious rumpus room with 2 queen beds (can be closed off to create 4th bedroom) opening to large patio with hardwood seating and lawn area.
3 Bathrooms - 1 on each level. frameless shower screens, caesarstone vanities. Bath in ensuite.

Local attractions
3 and a half hours from Sydney and 1 and a half hours from Newcastle, Forster area abounds in beautiful beaches, Booti Booti national park and the calm and pristine waters of the Great Lakes.
The climate allows surfing, swimming, fishing and boating all year round as well as bushwalking and mountain biking in the large forested areas.
There are restaurants, cafes, dolphin and whale watching cruises, golf, fun parks and lots more to enjoy nearby.
Golf - Forster golf course 2 mins drive, Tuncurry golf course 10 mins drive.
Fishing - beach or rock fishing in a few minutes walk. Boat hire available in Forster for fishing in Wallis lake (the largest lake in the Great Lakes waterways)
Hiking - bush tracks start 100m from the house and lead directly onto Booti Booti national park and beautiful Cape Hawke with numerous secluded beaches and headland lookouts.
Exploring the Great Lakes system - the houses are 5 mins from Wallis lake. Hiring a dinghy or boat gives you access to hundreds of kilometers of water ways available for exploration including Wallis lake itself and the numerous connecting tributaries in the area.
