This modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom house, is a delightful 600 metre walk (or drive) from the beach. Views of ocean and picturesque Wye valley from balcony, perched high in the surrounding treetops. The home is well-appointed with all new furnishings.
Upstairs is a large living area with adjacent balcony. It includes a leather couch and chaise, plasma TV, DVD player and entertainment unit(including ipod dock), large recycled timber table for dining, and a fully equipped kitchen catering to all cooking needs.
The three bedrooms are downstairs, and offer 1KB,1QS and 1 bunkers lo-line bunk with trundle. Another separate living area with plasma TV and DVD player, bathroom with bath and shower, and separate laundry.
Air conditioning and heating on both levels.
Outdoor setting and gas BBQ on balcony.
For guests with young children, a porta cot and high chair is available.
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to the sounds of the birdlife.
Wye River is a picturesque location, with the river and surf beach nestled between the surrounding hills. A quiet coastal community, where you will want for nothing. Beach, bush, marine and wildlife, fishing, all at your doorstep.
The General Store has a wide range of produce available, it's adjoining cafe provides great food, coffee and beverages, and exceptional bread and pastries- all made fresh on the premises and available all year round.
The Wye pub also offers meals and arguably has the best beer garden in Australia.
A delightful place to visit and stay all year round, just over 2 hours drive from Melbourne, and only 15 minutes from Lorne or 20 minutes from Apollo Bay.
