Description
Between the Beaches is situated between Avalon and Whale Beach.
This unique garden flat comprises of a very spacious living/dining/kitchen area with french doors opening up to your own deck overlooking a very pretty cottage garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a normal size gas stove. Bathroom is fully renovated, with underfloor heating and a separate toilet. The large bedrooms have a beachy/hamptons feel, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and built ins.
All linen and bath towels are 100% organic.
Bedrooms also have undercarpet heating to keep you cozy in winter.

A generous breakfast hamper of fresh local bread, homemade jam, plunger coffee, Twinings tea and sugar plus other treats!!!
Everyday amenities such as individual Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath gel, Moisturiser, soap and shower cap etc.

Complimentary clean and linen change for stays greater than 1 week.

If cancellation is received prior to 30 days before booking your deposit is returned if cancellation is received within 30 days of your booking deposit is non refundable (unless another booking of equal value is obtained we will then refund all deposit)

This garden flat is located in a quiet residential area in walking distance to some of Avalons best cafes including Cranzgots Pizza, Indian and Thai, also a very short drive to some of the areas best 5 star restaurants.
Close to Avalon Beach, Whale Beach, Palm Beach, Bilgola Beach and there ocean pools. Pick a different beach each day.
Close to calm waters of Clareville Beach, Paradise Beach and Snapperman Beach, perfect for little children who like paddling and family picnics.
Challenge yourself for a day of shopping in our unique
Avalon Village filled with boutiques style shops and rest in one of our many cafes enjoying the local atmostphere.
2 golf courses at Avalon and Palm Beach.
Coastal walks available around our headlands from beach to beach.
Palm Beach boat hire, ferry to the Basin, Ettalong or up the river to Berowra Waters.
For the movie buff we have our own local theatre.
Avalon Beach has something for everyone to enjoy your holiday stay.
