We had such a lovely weekend at P'mint Tree House. What a beautiful place it is. The 'extras' that this place offers is brilliant. There were 12 of us staying & we certainly didn't get under each others feet due to the sheer size of this place. EVERYTHING was spick and span. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place - you will not be sorry.

The Peppermint Tree Holiday House was one of the most outstanding and gorgeous places I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I went with 11 of my peers, and we all had an absolutely amazing time. The location, the atmosphere and all the included features were fantastic. Even the owners are very kind people. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will gladly recommend this house to anyone.

What a fantastic house! It is so well equipped, extremely clean & modern, yet homely. Peppermint Tree Holiday House is the perfect place for a family of group to stay. It is big enough for everyone to have their own privacy yet it is cosy enough to stay at as a family. Everything has been thought of- even the little things like how to open cupboards that aren't the usual sort! 99% of the cooking utensils and equipment that you would ever need on a holiday are even there! We were so wrapped with everything in this house! The attention to detail is fantastic to! The list could go on and on! The photos do not do this house justice, and the best thing is that you feel as though you are miles away from everywhere, yet you're only a 10 minute drive away from the centre of town! 10/10!

A group of eight ladies stayed in this sensational house over the June long weekend. We cannot recommend this property any higher-it has it all. Style, comfort, great attention to detail, and a lovely warm and inviting feel. It suited us perfectly for our weekend away, and would also be perfect for several families as the facilities for children are great. Thanks Catherine, the house really made the weekend for us.

Thanking Catherine and Nic we had a wonderful stay at the property. The photos don't do it justice, the house is beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. The children were made up with all of the games inside and out and loved exploring the grounds. Your little touches were very thoughtful and made us feel exceptionally welcome, we will definitely book again next time we visit Albany

This is our second stay at Peppermint Tree Holiday Home and it feels more like home than our first holiday. The property is so beautiful in Summer with all the flowers in bloom and the birds that come to visit. A family of magpies came to visit regularly and we able to leave food out for the babies and watch the feed. I sleep so well in the house as it has a very comfortable, homy feel. I love the kitchen it is so large and well equipped. We cooked up a storm!
Our group played loads of the games provided by the house, we played Pictionary one night and our ribs hurt from all the laughing. It was the best. I highly recommend this house to any family or group how wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get back to making a connection with each other by spending quality time with family and friends. Thank you Nic and Cathryn for providing a lovely home in a beautiful setting.

This is a fantastic little property tucked away from the road, situated in a beautiful area south west of Albany. The house itself is a large and welcoming place, the downstairs areas have stove floors and carpet while the upstairs has polished wood and capret. Everything was thought of, even down to information about the local fauna. Games, both electronic and the more traditional board variety, as well as musical instruments and DVDs kept us all amused for our entire stay. But quite possibly the best thing is that fact that while some places make you want to leave and explore if only to get away from them for a while, this house felt like it was welcoming you home each time you returned for the day. I WILL be staying here again, you can count on that.

Our stay at Peppermint Tree Holiday House was an experience to rave about. Everything was thought out very carefully from the little notes for added imformation on how items worked, to the play equipment for the children. The house itself has a very warm and welcoming feel. We loved the open areas for family living and the quite areas for when we wanted to be alone.
The upstairs bedroom was wonderful. It can be liken to the tree top walk at Walpole. You are high up in the tree tops with huge glass doors and panels. I watch the birds in the trees while lazing in bed.
The house is close to everything. Whale World, The Blow Holes, Four wheel driving Tracks and Albany town centre. We loved it so much I am on the net right now booking again for the Christmas holidays. I would recommend this house to anyone who wishes to experience a house with the luxury of a multistar resort and the feel of home.
