Kitchen and living area with pot belly stove for cold winter months making this a cosy cottage for the winter. An outside decking area with leafy outlook is attached to the house. Air conditioned for summer. Ample yard space.
Local attractions include wineries, national parks, caves, restaurants, sheep shearing demonstrations, fishing, snorkelling, boating, surfing, Bunker Bay, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse (tours as well) the famous Simmo's icecream, walking trails all within short distance.
A great location winter or summer.
