Description
Nestled amongst Peppermint trees and overlooking Toby's Inlet, the Beach house provides absolute relaxation with all the comforts of home.
This new modern home is located in a quiet cul de sac and a short 250 metres walk to the calm waters of Geographe Bay and 2km to the Dunsborough town centre.
It boasts two master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and can accommodate two families comfortably. There are two living areas including an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge which all flow seamlessly into the outdoor entertaining area under a canopy of peppermint trees. The second living area is a fully separate home theatre with a flat screen TV and DVD player where one can escape for some quiet time or watch TV without interrupting the rest of the house.
There is also an activity room which has been set up as a kids' playroom, with
a small TV and DVD player (set up out of reach of the little kids) There is a night light in bedroom four, and main bathroom, for kids' comfort.
The house is a short drive to Busselton, Yallingup and the many vineyards and beaches that are a feature of the area.
The house is well equipped for leisure activities with a kids swing set, cubby house,
and water-play table, small kayak and 2 adult bikes (one with a baby seat) and 2 kids bikes. And for the musically inclined there is a Washburn accoustic guitar. We also invite Guest comments in our purple Guest Book on a lounge room shelf (out of the reach of the littlies too!).

Housekeepers are available to make up beds for reasonable cost, depending on number of beds to be prepared.
We hope you have a most enjoyable time in our house, however NO DOGS and NO SMOKING will be considered, so please don't ask!
PLEASE NOTE: No bookings considered for Leavers' week as house maintenance is undertaken during this period in preparation for summer season.
