Spacious yet comfortable, easily accessible and well-presented ground floor apartment, suiting one or two couples, a family or a small group of up to 6 people. Backing directly onto bushland yet just a gentle 200m stroll to the ever beautiful soft, white sand of Hyams Beach, and just 300m from the General Store and Café.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the large, covered deck overlooking the garden. A separate, covered bbq area with both gas and electric bbqs, again overlooking the garden, is ideal for al fresco dining.
The garden is large and lawned - encouraging visits by the local kangaroos which often stop by of an evening. There is also a bird table which is topped up daily and brings many colourful visitors. Lawn games are provided - suitable for children and adults - with a shaded seating area should you need time out!
The lounge has a flat screen tv, dvd and video, with Dvd's, videos, board games, puzzles and a dartboard for those evenings in. An activity room has been designed for study, work or craft with a spacious floor area suitable for younger children to play.
There are two bedrooms - the large master bedroom contains a king-size bed and the second has a double and a single bed, while a day/single bed is adjacent to the lounge area. All bed linen is supplied and beds made up for your arrival.
The bathroom has a separate shower and full-sized bath, a vanity with storage, toilet and washing machine with laundry detergent provided.
For guests wanting to experience the underwater beauty of Jervis Bay Marine Park Nick - a qualified PADI Dive Instructor - is available for diving courses and diving and snorkelling tours from Hyams Beach.
To ensure your maximum comfort and privacy although we the owners - Nick and Tracy - live in the upstairs apartment with our two dogs (and official greeters!) Poppy and Fudge, Mulberrry Bush Apartment has separate entrances, outdoor areas, parking spaces and facilities.

50% balance due 4 weeks from occupancy
Refunds of 50% of deposit applicable only if cancellation exceeds 8 weeks from occupancy and another booking is secured for the original dates.
