GUEST REVIEWS - their comments say it all - they love Welcome Home's style, spaciousness and locality - plus "it looks just like the photos". Welcome Home will definitely fulfill your expectations - fully equipped with with ducted airconditioning/heating throughout the property not just the living areas, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and lovely patio area. Wireless internet is available at $3 a day.
The property has quality furnishings and appliances and has fully ducted reverse cycle airconditioning / heating throughout the whole home ... to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
Bedroom 1 - comprises a luxurious king sized bed.
Bedroom 2 - comprises a spacious queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3 - comprises 2 single beds.
All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
In the lounge we have installed a large 42" plasma television, dvd player and stereo.
The ultra modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and includes a stone bench top, ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
For the family travelling with a young child, a cot, high chair, baby rocker and stroller are available at no extra charge. If you are bringing your own porta cot and linen, there is no nightly charge for babies under 12 months of age. There are also toys and games for your children to play with.
Should you like to own any of the artwork displayed in Welcome Home, it is for sale by well-known local artist Kathy Elizabeth. The artwork can be professionally removed from the frames for ease of transport if anyone wishes to purchase a painting.
Really enjoy all that WA has to offer with a wonderful place to come home and relax in. Welcome Home is a tastefully decorated and furnished villa situated in a very convenient location to Fremantle, Perth and Garden City.
A large shade sail keeps the alfresco area cool and is the perfect spot for an evening barbecue and glass of wine.
Welcome Home is your "home away from home" ........ a place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday experience in Western Australia.
Concerned about where to park your car ..... there is secure parking for one car, and off-street parking for up to 2 cars with space if necessary for another car to park on the grass verge.
Nearby are wonderful cafes and restaurants with local attractions like Point Walter, Fremantle Docks, the Bell Tower, Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach, the Swan Valley and the Swan River.
For those visitors not wishing to hire a car, a bus service is just a few minutes walk away for a hassle free trip to the heart of Fremantle or the local shops of Booragoon.
Welcome Home is a great base for exploring the surrounding area with many parks within walking distance.

When submitting your booking request, we would very much appreciate you advising if you are a couple sharing the same bedroom, or singles requiring separate bedrooms.
MINIMUM STAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY - CHECK WITH OWNER IF LESS REQUIRED. Prices are based on 1 or 2 adults (sharing the king bedroom) - extra people will incur an additional charge. Child rates are up to 14 years of age.
