Hepburn View is a traditional miner's cottage built in 1921 set on 1/2 acre of mature landscaped gardens, by BETTER GROUNDS AND GARDENS
Ideally designed to accommodate either 2-4 guests for the front of the property, or open up the extension, which provides another lounge room and 2 seperate bed rooms that can easily sleep another 4 people. So 8 people in total.
During the warmer months enjoy the verandah, which offers a 4-5 person sunken spa, BBQ, and calming bush views.
In the winter unwind on the leather couches and warm up by the open fireplace to watch movies on the 42" Plasma TV. Hepburn View also features a second lounge with new Dare Gallery Leather couch and another 42 inch plasma

Full kitchen and in the lounge an 8 person square table, perfect for dinner. 4 BURNER BBQ ON THE DECK. There is also 2 huge 2 person HAMMOCKS. A wonderful way to relax.
Also the house is close to the Hepburn Golf Course, day spas and restaurants of Hepburn Springs.
Please note - Bookings will be cancelled immediately & without refund should a guest be hosting a gathering in excess of the number of people the property is listed to accommodate. A small number of unplanned day visitors, not staying, are welcome.

Weekend rates listed above are the full house rate utilising all available bedrooms. Reduced rates may apply if you are booking less than 2 weeks prior to arrival for weekend bookings (or 2 months prior to arrival for midweek bookings) and require fewer bedrooms.
The midweek nightly rate quoted above is based on a one night stay. For stays of two nights or more the midweek tariff per night may decrease significantly. Please enquire about rates for additional nights.
