Sheridans is a stately modern weatherboard home located on the famous Leura Mall in the Blue Mountains. Just a short stroll from the many unique shops and restaurants, but far enough away to steep yourself in the peace and quiet for which Leura is renowned. Sheridans has plenty of room for everyone - including four BIG bedrooms, two with ensuites, plus a huge main bathroom. As well, the kitchen can fit any number of cooks, and cater for any size meal. Gather at the large dining room table, or relax in the living room. There is ample off street parking and a large, level backyard. Sheridans is fully equipped with furnishings, appliances, bedding and linen to ensure your stay is comfortable and carefree.

Tariffs

Tariffs for up to 8 guests are as follows:
WEEKEND & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - Minimum 2 Nights
Any stay which includes a Friday or Saturday night
2 nights: $1,000; 3 nights: $1,200; 4 nights: $1,400.
MIDWEEK - Sunday to Thursday excluding school holidays:
2 nights: $700; 3 nights: $900;
4 nights: $1,050; 5 nights: $1,150.
WEEKLY - From $1,750 Easter, Xmas & long weekends excluded
LONG WEEKENDS - Minimum 3 nights Easter & Xmas excluded
3 nights: $1,450; 4 nights: $1,750
EASTER & XMAS - minimum 3 nights
3 nights: $1,800; 4 nights: $2,100 5 nights: $2,300
6 nights: $2,500 7 nights: $2,600
ADDITIONAL GUESTS - $50 flat rate per person per stay.

The perfect size for any group

Sheridans is a lovely large home, so there's plenty of space for big groups ... but it's just as accommodating for a small family or a few friends. All of the bedrooms are amply sized, so each party has their own "space" to get away if desired. Plus, the gathering areas - livingroom, diningroom and kitchen - are also beautifully proportioned, so no matter what size your group is, you'll be comfortable at Sheridans. The bedroom configurations are:
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen + 1 Double Sofa
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen + 1 Double Sofa + Ensuite
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen + 1 x Single
Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen + 4 x Single + 1 x Double Sofa + Ensuite
A further Double Sofa can be made up in the living room
Sheridans can accommodate from 10 to 20 guests.

Corner Cottage can accomodate up to 8 guests (3 bedrooms: 1 x Queen + Double Sofa; 1 x Queen; 1 x Twin Single). Please note the 2 houses are not adjacent, but about 1km apart or 5 minutes drive.
