Angie's Garden is a truely delightful beachside retreat. Relax and unwind in an awsome 5 x 5 Bali Hut with deck that features a modern outdoor BBQ kitchen complete with its own fridge/freezer so you won't be running back inside for cold drinks etc. Lighting and fans means you can soak up the atmosphere day and night. Everyone says this is where they spent their time just relaxing, having a barbie or two while enjoying the abundance of wildlife that frequent these gardens.

There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of both the human and furry varieties safe. We welcome all size dogs from Chihuahua to Great Dane as long as they are well trained and not allowed on the furniture, we even suppy dog towels to dry them off after a trip to the beach.

There is plenty of secure off street parking with ample room for your boat and two cars if needed. (Remember to bring your rods and camera for bragging rights.)

All this located only 280 mtrs from a safe swimming and off leash beach.

Relax in style and comfort

This 3 bedroom house has been fully renovated - no expense spared.

The light and airy lounge room is well equiped with a large LCD HD TV and sound system and has a large selection of music and movies (including childrens) for your enjoyment, there's even a Playstation 2 with a selection of games. Enjoy the bird attracting private garden complete with water feature just outside the huge window.

For the culinary minded, the fully equiped Chefs' kitchen has American Oak timber benches, plenty of drawers and cupboards, a dishdrawer, microwave, large stainless steel fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. To further delight the cooks, there is a 900mm stove with gas cooktop and electric oven, and a stainless steel rangehood.

Included is all cutelery, crockery, water glasses, red, white and champaign wine glasses, pots and pans including a slow cooker, Breville sandwhich toaster and Kenwood mixer, coffee grinder and plungers, there is even a picnic hamper with 2 thermoses. All cooking utensils casserole dishes can be found in the various cupboards and drawers.

Conditments for your use are in the pantry.

The round timber dining table is extendable to seat 6 people.

For your comfort

Our guests have told us the beds are very comfortable allowing them a great nights sleep. There are 2 queen size pillow-top beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 king single beds. All linen including towels and a large selection of pillows is included at no extra cost.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned, and has security screens, and a combination of curtains and timber blinds on the windows and features directional lighting. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

All bedrooms are carpeted, and each overlooks a part of the private gardens.

The bathroom consists of a heated spa bath, shower, soft closing toilet, vanity and large mirror all overlooking the tropical garden. A hair dryer is also supplied for your convenience while the heat light and exhaust fan will keep you comfortable all year round.

In the laundry we have a top loader washer and cloths dryer, there is also a full sized ironing board and iron.

We supply your dishwasher powder and your laundry powder.
