Totally renovated and furnished to the highest standard throughout, this character home features everything a comfortable stay requires. Easy access to both Bridge Road & Swan Street which offers all the inner city finge delights of cafes, restaurants and shopping galore.

The downstairs area of this home features floorboards and comprises of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a central bathroom with bath, separate fully fitted laundry, open plan causal living with bi-fold doors to a courtyard (pets considered) and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The upstairs area featurs a master with full double ensuite, large balcony, air-conditioning and a study filled with natural light.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement. We just add $40 per week for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of our pet guests leave us a little bit of extra cleaning!

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Some of the things you'll find INCLUDED when staying at this beautiful property are:
- Interim or weekly cleaning for stays of 8 nights and longer
- Undercover / Off street / On street (permit supplied) parking

- Consumables including a welcome pack of luxurious toiletries and a range of frequently used household goods, such as quality tea & coffee, dishwashing liquid, etc

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
