This apartment was very spacious and very well equipped, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to a very good selection of DVD's for the whole family. It was clean and comfortable and I would happily recommend it.

Stayed for a week with our two adult children and partners.
Great layout, very spacious living area, fabulous outdoor area with good cross breezes through apartment (very hot weather when we stayed). Enjoyed cooking in the well laid out kitchen with all utensils required provided. Large secure parking for our car and two kayaks was great. Easy walk to water on either side of peninsular. Friendly residents in other apartments.
Would definitely stay here again.
Only minor suggestions, lounge cushions were pretty grubby (a bit too well used) so they would probably benefit with a clean. Lounge was wonderfully comfortable however!
The sliding glass doors in living area where coverd with "little peoples' finger prints, and the window tracks need a clean as full of dirt and debris, so a bit grubby when you have to lift out the rods in the tracks. The bathrooms were very clean as was the kitchen (except the kitchen rubbish bin which needed a good scrub on outside and lid (which we did before leaving).
Only having four dining chairs wasn't ideal as the fold up chairs are quite a bit too low for comfortably eating at table and we had to add three cushions to sit on, so a couple of higher chairs would be an improvement. We enjoyed eating at the outdoor table however.
Note: There seemed to be a painting missing in the hallway near the master bedroom as there was a hook there but no painting when we arrived for our stay.
Also when we picked up the keys, there was no number 2 on letterbox at Bron's house, and there was no blackbox with our name on it. There was an envelope with two sets of keys in it but just the word 'keys' written on the front. I was a little uncertain if both sets of keys were for us or if someone else was picking up keys for another apartment. We have had this occur elsewhere where our keys were taken by someone else and we ended up with a different apartment, so this prior experience made me unsure if I should take both sets. I eventually compared all the keys and they appeared the same so decided it was a duplicate set. So perhaps something a little more clearly marked with our name would have helped, as I didnt know if this was a collection point for other units also.
So just some friendly feedback which might be of use to the owners for maintaining a good facility and service to renters of their apartment.

Great place!
Very spacious apartment - clean, tidy and contained everything you needed for a perfect holiday.
The location was great and conveniently located to the local shops or a few more minutes to the local shopping centre.
The place was very well maintained and as a result very comfortable to stay in.
The owners were friendly and very helpful.
IT was an amazing place and everything about it was perfect!

Wow!!! What an awesome place to stay at. With my wife and 4 children, there was plenty of room for us all to stay in harmony. It is close to everything yet still far enough away to be tranquil. I will definately be looking for a return stay.

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment at Peninsula Waters - huge layout, 3 great sized bedrooms and would easily accommodate 3 couples. Spotlessly clean, plenty of crockery, cutlery and all the kitchen appliances that you would need, iron, washing machine, dryer etc. Huge outdoor balcony with BBQ and BBQ table, apartment light and bright and breezy. All within walking distance to marina, convenience store just downstairs, parking for two cars and easy access from garage via lift to the apartment. Just fantastic!
