Yankee Pat's cottage is located in Kevington, 5 minute drive to the 120 year old Kevington Hotel.

The cottage is fully self-contained. Beautiful gardens and veiws of the Goulburn river from the dining room table and views of surrounding mountains.

There is a great fishing hole or swimming hole on the property no need to go anywhere.

The cottage also has heating and cooling for those cool winter days and hot summer nights.

The Cottage

This two bedroom cottage is a wonderful little get away.

The cottage is ideal for 2 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children or 4 Adults.

We can accommadate up to 5 geusts at a time.
Bedroom 1 x Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 is a set of bunks with a 1 x Double bed on the bottom and 1 x Single bed on the top.

We supply towels and all bedding requirements.

There are beautiful gardens to sit and relax with 360 degree views of the mountains.

Unfortunately we can not accept pets as the cottage has carpet and also other pets live on 10 acre property.
