Fully furnished and equipped, the villa contains two spacious bedrooms and one large bathroom with the laundry. Main bedroom sleeps up to two people on a very comfortable queen size bed with the chiropractic mattress. Second bedroom contains a single bed, working desk, and lots of storage space. This room also opens to a private rear courtyard.

Sofa bed in the living room can be comfortably transformed into a double bed for that extra sleeping space. A sheltered courtyard at the back is a perfect wind down place for a meal or a drink after a long day at the beach.

Kitchen/dining is fully equipped, including a microwave. A very spacious bathroom contains a separate shower cabin, WC and laundry facilities, including a washing machine.

Villa is situated only 2 minutes stroll from the Scarborough Beach, best surf and swim spots. Perth's most famous outing places, such as Rendezvous Observation City Hotel, cafés, bars and restaurants are all within couple of hundred of meters away.
