"Headlands" Beach House

Description

The village of Scotts Head is a real gem and often overlooked (the signing on the Pacific Highway points inland which is of course counter intuitive!).

The nearest shops are a wander either down the hill or along the beach - approximately 400m walk.

With a huge deck, guests can just relax at the house, enjoy the views and watch the surfers (with occasional dolphins and even whales during their seasonal migration).

Things to do.....

Headlands overlooks 'Little Beach' which has great swimming and surfing as well as fossicking in the rock pools. A short stroll along Little Beach takes you to 'Big Beach' with paddling, a lifeguard patrol and a fabulous surf break suitable for all skill sets from absolute beginners to advanced.

Local activities include surfing, fishing, walking (choose between the beach to the north, cliff edge paths to the south or just rock hopping around the headlands), four wheel beach driving (out beyond the village), tennis, lawn bowling, a chidren's park, and generally chilling out.

If you are a golfer the award winning Bonville International Golf Course is just 40 kilometers to the north.
• Spa bath, clothes washer, clothes dryer and an outdoor shower to wash off beach sand and salt
• Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included
• Lots of safe grassy areas for children to play within view of Headlands Beach House. No roads to cross

Returned home safely after having a holiday at " Headlands"
You might remember I queried the description of the property and in so doing upset you somewhat.
The property was exactly as described, probably better
It had all and more of the facilities advertised, superb location, and just what I was looking for.
I had asked for specific information as I was taking my elderly mother on a respite - she couldn't have been more happy and the house suited her perfectly.
I spent a good half day trying to find something you had forgotten - and I wasted my time - nothing was overlooked
I will book again.
Thank you and you will no doubt get more bookings once I start giving feedback to friends - I get many overseas visitors each year and I am sure they will follow up on my recommendation.

Hi Pamela, We loved staying at your beach house. So much so that we would like to stay again sometime soon.
The place was clean, in beautiful location and very relaxing. It was terrific that we could take our little dog as well.

We had a great time at Scotts Head. The house was fantastic, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for all of us and Ellie our dog loved the place. I can’t remember the name of the lady that I spoke to regarding the gas bottle for the bbq, but I do remember her to be polite and very helpful. I would certainly recommend the house to anyone.

Our stay last year was great. We didn't quite luck out weather wise, but had friends to visit and 
still managed lots of beach play and surf.
Kitchen fab. Great deck. Loved the doors onto deck and being to open the house right up. Beds comfortable.
Directions etc..,straight forward.
House was clean and tidy on arrival. Very welcoming.
Being right on the east coast we knew we'd wake up with the sun...., (and early with our kids).
All in all a great family holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Headlands. The house was very well equipped with quality items (cooking, TV etc) which can offend let a house down when you are there for a week.

A lovely casual beach front property. The house was clean and provided with beautiful linen. Kitchen great to cook in. The huge outdoor deck was a bonus. I was only in contact with staff by phone - however service was courteous and keys ready as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend Headlands Beach House  to others.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Headlands Beach house!
We will do it again and I have recommended it to family and  friends for future holidays.
The house itself is well equipped in the kitchen, bathroom and even with beach toys.
The decking is brilliant with heaps of room, the beds are comfortable and the view and surrounding area is fantastic.
We saw whales from the deck most days.
Staff were totally accommodating, particularly when we needed to stay 1 extra night due to my migraine (on the day we were meant to leave), and were really helpful when I was booking initially with numerous questions.
Overall review- excellent!
