The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood setting.
Bunbury is a regional city so has all the modern conveniences of shopping every day, cinemas, restaurants, pubs, clubs as well as the Beaches and the Dolphins.
Ferguson Valley is a gorgeous easy drive with country charm, wineries and pasture.
Bunbury is a 50 minute drive from Busselton and an Hour from Margaret River or Nannup.
