The Old Library was built in 1922 and was the original library of the area. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 8.
Main bedroom - king size bed, second bedroom - double bed , third bedroom double bed bunk and single bed bunk.
Two living areas and outside decking. Full up to date kitchen and bathroom includes separate bath and shower,two toilets, laundry facilities includes washing machine and dryer , outside shower,trampoline and gas BBQ. Wood fire, ceiling fans. Tv and cd player with ipod.

Location

Balnarring Beach is situated between Merricks Beach and Somers on western port bay. Enjoy beautiful walks along the beach and the rock pools, spot the koalas,enjoy the bird life and listen to the waves rolling in on the beach at night. Dolphins are regularly seen in the bay.
The general store is only 50 meters from the house and the Balnarring shopping center is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive.
Explore the many wineries in the area, the Redhill market, local restaurants, the surf beaches, golf at Flinders, Western port yacht club, Balnarring races, galleries. Child's playground not far from the house.
