Description

This is a modern well appointed and comfortable 3 bedroom villa set up for the family to enjoy. There are 3 spacious bedrooms providing sleeping for up to 7 people (or 8 if you use the trundle bed).

It includes:
Bedroom 1 - queen size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Trundle bed underneath main bed.
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed and built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - tri bunk (double below and single above) and Built in wardrobe
Dining and entertainment areas - spacious open plan.
Balconies - 3 in total, with the rear balcony set up for outside, private living
Bathrooms - spa bath, two bathrooms, three toilets.

Long Beach is one of the closest beaches to Canberra. It is just 10 minutes north of Batemans Bay and 3 minutes from the Princes Highway. Long Beach is a small relatively unspoilt hamlet which features a long and sheltered sandy beach.

This modern villa is surrounded by nature reserve. It provides a magnificent view of the Bay through the trees. The bushland features tall trees with low undergrowth and is full of birds. Kangaroos feed close to the rear balcony. Just a 10 minute walk along a bush track takes you to the long sandy beach. The complex abuts the headland reserve and a short walk provides excellent views across the bay and of the Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve.

Soak up the morning sun and afternoon shade on the private rear balcony. This is the best place to sit back and enjoy the excellent view and listen to the surf. It features a swing chair, hooded 4 burner gas bbq, large shade umbrella, outside table and chairs.

Conditions

Occupancy is from 2 pm on the date of arrival. Tenants must depart by 11am on the date of departure. Note: other arrival and departure times can be made by arrangement when there are no conflicting bookings.

Price is for self cleaning and tenants are required to leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning surcharge will be applied if this condition is not met. All crockery, cutlery and appliances should be put away.

Tenants are responsible for any damages incurred. Please report all damages and defects. If you find any major damage or defects on arrival we request that you report these immediately. We have a local caretaker.

All you need to bring are sheets, towels, toilet paper and your preferred food. For extra comfort you may like to bring your own pillow or doona (pillows, mattress protectors and doonas are supplied).

Smoking inside and pets are not permitted
