Description
Hog Bay Villa is a north facing beach house located in a prime position
with spectacular views overlooking beautiful Hog bay at Penneshaw.
Enjoy sensational beach and sea views from the covered deck and glass
walled lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Comfortable in all seasons
with reverse cycle air conditioning.
The two bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people with a queen size bed in
the main bedroom and a single bed and double bunk in the second
bedroom. A double bed size sofa bed is located in the main living area
to provide extra accommodation if required.
There is a separate toilet and well appointed bathroom and laundry
facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with
glass cook top ,microwave and fridge.
The large car port provides under cover parking for a car and a boat
The villa has a large back yard adjoining a native reserve where Tamar
wallabies superb blue wrens and various cockatoos including the glossy
black cockatoo are often seen.
Fairy penguins inhabit Penneshaw beach and there is an excellent
penguin information centre with in walking distance of the villa.
Catch a King George Whiting ! Fishing is also a feature of Penneshaw
with a sheltered jetty and first class boating facilites at Christmas
Cove.
