Located in the area of Forster known as Angler's Paradise means that beaches, lake, Aquatic Centre, golf course, restaurants, cafes, bowling club and services club are all only 2 minutes' drive away, as is the new Stockland shopping centre. It is a very quiet family neighbourhood.

At 'Forster Garden Retreat' there is one bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is a shower-room (older style) with a toilet off it. In your own private living area there is a lounge and an entertainment unit with a LCD TV/DVD player. There is also a single bed for an extra person.

A lovely flat grassy backyard is a pleasant place to relax after a hard day at the beach... An undercover balcony and a large leopard tree means that there is plenty of shade.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

BR 1 : 1 X DOUBLE BED

LOUNGE AREA: 1 X SINGLE BED.

Bedlinen, towels and a bathmat are supplied.

BREAKFAST

A selection of cereals, bread, spreads, tea, coffee, milk etc is supplied so that you can make your own breakfast in your living area. This is included in the nightly rental tariff.

There is no kitchen in your B & B accommodation but there is a microwave oven as well as a kettle and a toaster and a toasted sandwich maker and a bar fridge. Cutlery and crockery for two is supplied. Please note that there is no cooking permitted in the apartment.

There is a dining table inside and an outdoor setting outside.

FACILITIES

There is no washing machine but the owner, who lives upstairs, will happily put through a load of washing for you (maximum one load per two days).

PARKING

There is off-street parking for one vehicle. Please note that this is not undercover parking.

WIFI internet access is available.
